The 1989 Carver 3807 is a 38-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Crusader 454 engines rated at 350 horsepower each. The boat sleeps seven across two private staterooms with double berths, plus convertible dinette and lounge seating. Each stateroom has private access to a head with shower, and the main salon features an L-shaped sofa. The helm includes a slide-swivel pilot seat and seating for eight, with full canvas enclosure on the bridge and mid-deck. A wet bar with refrigerator sits on the mid-deck.
The galley is fully equipped with a residential sink faucet, induction cooktop, Vitrifrigo refrigerator with freezer, and ample counter and storage space. Three air conditioning units serve the forward stateroom, main salon, and aft stateroom. The boat carries a Westerbeke 6.5-kilowatt generator, automatic anchoring system, and comprehensive electronics including a Garmin GPSmap XS multifunction display with radar and a Raymarine autopilot integrated for tracking.
The engines show 1,011 hours and the generator 551 hours. Recent work includes new Lewmar windlass and Mantus anchor with chain and rode, replaced cutlass bearings, full engine tune-ups with new spark plugs and fuel filters, new deep-cycle batteries, new marine toilets with smart flush controllers, new shower valves, and fresh water pump. The aft stateroom received a larger memory foam mattress, the main salon new upholstery, and the galley updated lighting and appliances. A new electronic ignition and coil were installed in the generator, and both engines and generator were serviced in March 2026.
The hull was bottom-blasted and barrier-coated in October 2025. The boat spent its life in fresh water on Lake Michigan until November 2024 and has had minimal salt water exposure. New dock lines, fenders, and a 50-foot shore power cord are included, along with a new dinghy davit system on the swim platform.
