This 1989 Carver 48 Aft Cabin Hard-Top is powered by twin Detroit 671-TI diesel engines producing 485 horsepower each, recently serviced with 950 total hours on the original powerplants. The fiberglass hull measures 48 feet in length with a 15.59-foot beam, capable of cruising at 20 knots and reaching 40 knots at top speed. A Kohler genset supports onboard power, while fuel capacity stands at 1,000 gallons, with 300 gallons of fresh water storage and dual 40-gallon blackwater holding tanks.

The defining feature is the fully enclosed aluminum flybridge hard-top, which provides protected navigation quarters and sheltered upper-deck space in any weather. This configuration was produced in only two examples by Carver. Below, the layout includes forward and aft staterooms, each with private heads and showers. Generous storage throughout the yacht accommodates extended cruising, and washer and dryer hookups are installed in the aft stateroom closet. The boat supports both 50-amp and 30-amp electrical service.
