1989 Catalina 34

This 1989 Catalina 34 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built with a tall rig that generates strong performance in light air. At 34 feet 6 inches with an 11-foot 9-inch beam, she accommodates two cabins and one head, with a convertible dinette that expands sleeping and lounging options. A Universal diesel engine rated at 23 horsepower provides auxiliary power, capable of cruising at 6 knots. The boat features a hot water heater for comfortable extended time aboard.

The galley includes a dual deep stainless steel sink, microwave, propane stove and oven, and an Adler Barbour cold plate for refrigeration. A newer battery charger and inverter support onboard systems and appliances. New cookware, dishes, and silverware are included. The cabin upholstery and cockpit cushions are in strong condition, and the boat comes with a full suite of navigation electronics: radar, depth sounder, wind direction and speed instruments.

The mainsail is virtually new, and the jib rides on a roller furler for easy handling. A Bimini and dodger in Mediterranean Tweed Sunbrella provide shade and weather protection. The engine was rebuilt in 2014 by PacWest. Standing rigging received professional service and tuning in 2020. The bottom was freshly painted in 2025.
