This 1989 Concordia 52 was designed by the acclaimed Sparkman and Stephens office and built by Concordia Custom Yachts. She features an in-mast furling cutter rig paired with a spacious center cockpit layout. Power comes from a 70-horsepower Westerbeke diesel engine.
The accommodations include three cabins and two heads. The aft owner's stateroom features an ensuite head and shower, while two forward cabins provide additional space for guests or crew. The interior is finished in teak joinery throughout.
The boat has received several upgrades and maintenance work in recent years. Solar panels were added for auxiliary power generation. An new anchor windlass was installed, and current electronics provide modern navigation capability. The bottom was repainted with copper paint in 2023, and the sails were replaced in 2019.
