1989 DeFever 57 POC Motor Yacht

This 1989 DeFever 57 motor yacht is a twin-deck design built around extended cruising and liveaboard comfort. Twin Caterpillar diesel engines of 375 hp each power the yacht to a cruising speed of 12 knots, with the engines showing 3,500 hours. The fiberglass hull measures 57 feet in length with a 16.5-foot beam.

The interior layout centers on two staterooms: a master stateroom with an ensuite head and private salon entrance, and a VIP stateroom with a full head. A dedicated wardrobe and laundry area sits forward. The main saloon is expansive, with a full galley, separate dining area, and inside bridge access. Accommodation extends to an enclosed flybridge above.

Customizations throughout reflect a liveaboard focus. Systems include dual heating (electric and diesel), three-zone air conditioning, a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, updated galley appliances with dishwasher, and a Yanmar diesel generator. The electrical setup runs 12V/24V DC and 110V/220V AC power. Additional features include a hydraulic crane and structural modifications to the original design. Electronics have been updated.
