This 1989 Hatteras 45 Convertible is a classic American sport fisherman from one of the most respected convertible series in the market. Built in fiberglass, the boat measures 45 feet in length with a 14.5-foot beam and is powered by twin Caterpillar 3126B DITA diesel engines totaling 920 horsepower, offering a cruising speed of 18 knots. The engines were completely overhauled in 2024 and have logged fewer than 50 hours of operation since the overhaul. The original Detroit Diesel engines were replaced in 2001 with these more refined and serviceable Caterpillar units.

The layout provides comfortable accommodation with a mid-ship owner's cabin featuring a double bed and private bathroom, a forward guest cabin with bunk beds and separate bathroom, and a saloon with a convertible sofa bed. The boat carries RINA certification valid through 2026 and flies the Italian flag. In 2022, both the air-conditioning system and batteries were replaced.

The yacht has been maintained in solid condition and used primarily for day trips. The onboard electronics remain functional but are dated, and the saloon sofa upholstery would benefit from updating.
