1989 Hunter Legend 37

The Hunter Legend 37 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat built in 1989, equipped with a 30-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine and a shoal draft wing/bulb keel. This boat has been used exclusively in fresh water on Lake Michigan, which has contributed to its overall condition. The design features a standard hoist mainsail, bimini top, and dodger for weather protection.

Below deck, the layout centers on an aft cabin with a queen-sized berth and head, with a generously proportioned forward cabin. The interior is described as clean and odor-free, with cushions in good condition throughout. Climate control comes from a reverse cycle heating and air conditioning system installed in 2017.
