This 40-foot Hyatt motoryacht features a fiberglass hull powered by twin Cummins diesel engines delivering 210 horsepower each, with cruising speeds around 14 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots. The boat combines practical design with a teak interior and has been maintained with care, making it well-suited for extended cruising or liveaboard use.

The layout includes two cabins and two heads. The master stateroom features a centerline queen berth with an ensuite dry head, while the forward guest cabin has an offset double berth and an ensuite wet head. The main salon is spacious, with a dinette that converts into a berth and a galley offering a three-burner Princess stove, Delonghi convection oven with rotisserie, Norcold refrigerator, icemaker on the aft deck, and generous counter and storage space. Recent upgrades made within the past five years include a Victron MultiPlus inverter/charger, Victron Touch GX70 display, Renogy solar panels with 900-watt output, and a lithium battery bank of three 300-amp-hour cells. Navigation electronics comprise a Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv GPS/fish finder, Garmin autopilot, and Garmin GMR Fantom 18x dome radar. The 8-kilowatt Westerbeke generator has approximately 1,200 hours of service. An Avon 10-foot hard-bottom dinghy with 15-horsepower Mercury engine and electric davit are included. Climate control consists of three Marine Air conditioning and heating units.
