2001 Carver 356 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht

The 2001 Carver 356 is a 41-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Volvo Penta engines producing 750 horsepower. The boat cruises at 10 knots with a maximum speed of 18 knots and draws just 3 feet 3 inches of draft, making it suitable for shallow-water cruising along the Eastern Seaboard. A 7 kW Kohler generator provides auxiliary power, and the yacht is equipped with bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering in tight spaces.

The interior layout includes two cabins and two heads. The full-width aft master stateroom features an en-suite and 6 feet 4 inches of headroom. The boat accommodates a full galley with refrigerator and induction cooktop, a salon with desk setup, and entertainment systems including multiple flat-screen televisions. The 13-foot 3-inch beam creates open, bright cabin spaces throughout.

The yacht was repowered with 2020 Volvo Penta engines and has been recently sea-trialed with demonstrated strong engine performance. A stern-mounted davit system with remote control is installed for launching and recovering a dinghy and outboard, which are included with the boat.
