1989 Morgan 440

The 1989 Morgan 440 is a 44-foot fiberglass blue-water cruising sailboat with a deep, high-combing cockpit designed for security in varied conditions. The center cockpit features a hard top and connects through a companionway to the main accommodations. An aft deck with flush lazarette provides space for deck furniture, while the nonskid surface is in excellent condition. A Yanmar 50 hp diesel engine powers the yacht.

The interior centers on two spacious staterooms, each with a private ensuite head. The aft master cabin offers a full-beam layout with a centerline queen bed and includes a shower/tub combination. Forward, the V-berth guest quarters also has dedicated head facilities. The salon features convertible settees on both port and starboard sides with a large teak folding table, plus additional storage cabinets throughout.

The galley sits to starboard on the port side and includes new Corian countertops, a built-in microwave, portable ice maker, and ample drawer and cabinet storage. Both heads have been updated with new Corian countertops, vanities, and fixtures. The master cabin features a new memory foam mattress, and the forward head includes a new Nature Head composting toilet. New sectional carpet has been installed throughout the interior.

The deck layout emphasizes usable space, with the U-shaped galley to starboard and navigation station to port. Teak interior details and convertible settee configurations in the salon provide flexible accommodation and storage options.
