1989 Prima 52 Cockpit Motor Yacht

This 52-foot Prima motor yacht combines traditional design with modern upgrades, powered by twin 450-hp Detroit Diesel 6V-92TA engines. Recent additions include bow and stern thrusters installed in 2022, a hydronic diesel furnace, water maker, and upgraded alternators fitted in 2023. The boat carries a 12.5-kw Westerbeke generator and an Outback inverter-charger system for auxiliary power. Fuel tanks are full.

The layout centers on two staterooms at opposite ends of the boat, each with its own head and shower. The main saloon features new carpet and a completely refitted galley. An aft cabin cockpit configuration includes a control station at deck level, with custom molded stairs leading up to a fully enclosed aft deck—a defining feature of this boat. The aft deck itself is extensive, furnished with comfortable seating, a dining table, an ice maker, and a television, all protected by a hardtop and plastic enclosure.

The fully enclosed flybridge offers additional protected space with tasteful seating and complete instrumentation including a Simrad plotter and GPS, radar, and autopilot. Wide side decks run the length of the boat, and a davit crane is mounted on the aft deck hardtop. A washer and dryer are onboard.

The fiberglass hull measures 52 feet by 15 feet 3 inches. Recent interior renovations include new furnishings throughout while preserving the yacht's traditional character.
