1989 Tiara Yachts 3600 Open

This 1989 Tiara Yachts 3600 Open is a 36-foot fiberglass express cruiser built for comfortable cruising and entertaining. The aft deck features wide-open space with bench seating, captain and first mate chairs, and a custom t-top fitted with rod holders and outriggers. A transom door provides easy access to the swimming platform. New custom covers were installed in 2022.

Below deck, the layout combines a salon and galley with convertible bench seating that transforms into a bed. The galley is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sink. Forward of the galley sits an enclosed head with sink and shower, alongside a double berth cabin.

Power comes from twin Cat Diesel 3208 inboard engines. The starboard engine has logged over 1900 hours and received a new turbo and rebuilt aftercooler in 2021. The port engine was completely refurbished by Cat with fewer than 20 hours since that rebuild, including new heat exchangers, elbows, exhaust cooler, and stainless steel components. An 8kW generator provides auxiliary power. The boat carries an air conditioning system, shore power connection, and a battery charging system with batteries replaced one year ago.

Recent updates include new Garmin GPS and radar, Sea-Tek autopilot, and Icom VHF radio. The helm has new LED lighting and switches. Bottom paint and gelcoat on all smooth deck areas and gunnels are new. The boat is equipped with all necessary fittings for a dinghy.
