1989 Transpacific Marine Eagle Pilothouse

This 32-foot pilothouse trawler is built from fiberglass and powered by a single 135-horsepower Ford Lehman diesel engine. The engine runs at 1600 rpm for a comfortable 8-knot cruise while consuming just 1.5 gallons per hour. The boat features hydraulic steering, a Velvet Drive transmission, and a hydraulic stern thruster. A fuel polishing system maintains the 100-gallon tank, and the oil was changed in July 2025. The hull bottom was repainted and zincs updated that same month.

The pilothouse sits forward with a double-wide helm seat and adjustable navigation seat, alongside a full chart table and windshield wipers. Navigation and electronics include a Raymarine Axiom multifunction display with color radar and GPS, Standard Horizon Matrix GX2150 with AIS, Furuno GPS, autopilot, depth sounder, VHF radio, compass, and Starlink satellite connectivity. A Sylvox smart TV with Roku and XM radio round out the entertainment. A newly installed Vevor diesel cabin furnace provides year-round heating.

Accommodation includes a large vee-berth cabin with ventilation hatch, opening port lights, and private entry, sleeping two to four with a convertible dinette. The galley features a four-burner Wedgewood propane stove with oven, compressor refrigerator, stainless sink with hot and cold pressure water, and full galley ware including dishes, glassware, and utensils. A separate head compartment holds a VacuFlush toilet, 15-gallon black water tank, vanity sink, and shower stall with curtain.

The electrical system runs 12VDC and 110VAC with 30-amp shore power, two solar panels, new 4D batteries from 2021, and dual battery chargers. A 1000-watt inverter, portable generator, and three bilge pumps are installed. Deck equipment includes a 2023 Maxwell anchor windlass, Bruce anchor with 75 feet of chain and 150 feet of rode, 9-foot Minto rowing and sailing dinghy with a 2022 Tohatsu 3.5-horsepower outboard, Weaver davits, and a propane grill. Teak cap rails, non-skid decks, and full safety equipment complete the package.
