This 1990 Baltic 52 was designed by the legendary Sparkman & Stephens firm and built by Baltic Yachts Finland, combining timeless elegance with proven strength and performance. The yacht features a dual-cockpit layout suited to both shorthanded cruising and competitive sailing, with a sloop rig, aluminum hydraulic mast jack, and triple spreaders. Power comes from a Yanmar 107 hp diesel engine.
The interior is finished in warm teak and accommodates six guests across three double cabins: an owner's suite aft with queen berth and ensuite head, a forward guest double with ensuite, and a bright saloon that seats eight. The galley is fully equipped with an Alpes Inox cooker and oven, Miele microwave, two new refrigerators and one new freezer, and the yacht has a full climate control system throughout.
Extensive work has been carried out between 2021 and 2024, including a new teak deck, new sails across the inventory, updated Raymarine i70S electronics and plotter, new covers and bimini, a new propeller, battery renewal, and full hull polish with aft repaint. The Yanmar engine was surveyed in 2022 at approximately 2,300 hours. Additional systems include a Mastervolt inverter and charger, Vetus bow thruster, solar panels, Lewmar electric winches, a Shencker Smart 100 watermaker, and a tender with outboard. The yacht carries a life raft, lifejackets, and complete safety equipment.
The fin keel with bulb draws 2.5 metres and was converted from the original wing keel configuration. The boat has been maintained exclusively in Mediterranean waters with no ocean crossings in her history.
