The Californian 52 Cockpit Motor Yacht is a 1990 sedan-bridge designed with a modified V-hull and heavy fiberglass construction. Twin Caterpillar 3208 TA diesel engines, each rated at 425 horsepower, deliver a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 20 knots. The engines show just over 1,700 hours of operation. Naiad stabilizers are fitted for comfort underway.
Below deck, the yacht accommodates two private cabins, each with an ensuite head. The galley and saloon are arranged for comfortable cruising and entertaining. An electric windlass with controls at the flybridge and on deck simplifies ground tackle handling. A System 9 watermaker and washer-dryer round out the onboard systems.
The 52-footer spans nearly 52 feet in length with a 15-foot beam, providing a stable platform for extended time at sea or relaxed anchoring. Her cockpit layout and fishing capabilities make her well-suited to both cruising and sport fishing pursuits.
