1990 Custom 148' Boutique Cruise Ship
About This Yacht
This 148-foot aluminum catamaran cruise ship was built in 1990, rebuilt in 1997, and underwent a complete refit in 2022. Two Caterpillar C32 diesel engines delivering 1,000 horsepower each power the yacht to a cruising speed of 10 knots, with a maximum speed of 12 knots. The shallow draft design allows access to destinations beyond the reach of conventional larger cruise ships.
The accommodations comprise 21 guest cabins and suites sleeping up to 44 passengers, plus six crew cabins for a crew of 16 to 18. Public spaces include a main lounge, dining room with an adjoining outdoor restaurant, library, and sun deck. The yacht features 2,500 square feet of deck space, an outdoor bar, and a stern swim platform. Snorkeling equipment and kayaks are included.
Systems include two diesel generator sets—a 200-kilowatt Doosan and a 180-kilowatt Daewoo—with air conditioning throughout. Fresh water capacity is 45.97 cubic meters, fuel oil 66.9 cubic meters, gray water 15.75 cubic meters, and holding tank 2.97 cubic meters. The yacht holds RINA Class certification and is SOLAS compliant, with the next scheduled dry dock in 2027.
