1990 Formula 36 PC

This 1990 Formula 36 PC is a mid-cabin cruiser built on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull with high freeboard and prop pockets designed to reduce draft. Twin MerCruiser 502-cubic-inch gasoline engines produce 830 horsepower combined and enable a cruising speed of approximately 21 knots with a maximum speed near 31 knots. The boat features straight inboard power rather than V-drive configuration and is equipped with trim tabs. A hydraulically operated hatch provides full access to the engine compartment.

Below deck, the mid-cabin floorplan includes a forward stateroom with an island bed and privacy door, plus facing settees in the step-down aft cabin. A built-in entertainment center sits on the aft bulkhead above the mid-cabin, facing into the salon. Topside, the cockpit offers a large L-shaped lounge opposite the helm station. The boat has one head with a Vacuflush toilet, vanity, sink, and shower.

Systems and equipment include air-conditioning and heating, a central vacuum system, a Quicksilver 7.5-kilowatt generator, a windlass anchor, and a premium sound system with iPod and MP3 connectivity. Navigation electronics comprise two Garmin displays with color touchscreen GPS and chartplotter, plus HD radar. A new custom canvas enclosure with screens is installed. The port engine was rebuilt nine years ago with 418 hours of operation; the starboard engine was rebuilt in July 2021 with 70 hours since. The boat was freshwater and Great Lakes-kept from new.
