This 1990 Hatteras 45 Convertible is a fiberglass flybridge convertible powered by twin Detroit Diesel 6V92 engines producing 550 horsepower each. The engines have 200 hours since major overhaul. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 27 knots and cruises at 21 knots.

The interior accommodates two staterooms and two heads, with the galley located on the lower deck. The salon features a custom layout completed during a comprehensive 2021–2022 refit.
