The 1990 Sabre 425 is a 42-foot fiberglass sailing yacht with a proven cruising and racing pedigree. Powered by a Yanmar diesel engine, the boat carries a full suite of cruising equipment including an in-mast furler, bow thruster, water maker, solar panels, and hot and cold cockpit shower. Standing and running rigging was replaced in June 2023, and sails are in very good condition. A Walker Bay dinghy with davits and a 15 hp Yamaha outboard complete the package.
Below deck, the accommodation plan sleeps seven across four distinct areas: an aft owner's cabin with a king berth, a forward stateroom with a V-berth, a dinette that sleeps two, and a salon settee. The boat offers 6'6" of headroom throughout. A single head with a freshwater electric toilet installed in 2019 serves the accommodation, supported by a holding tank with macerator and overboard or deck pump-out capability.
The galley is equipped with a three-burner Force 10 stove, Vitrifrigo refrigeration, pressure water system, and hot water heater. Additional amenities include a water maker for extended cruising independence. The boat presents cruise-ready, with all systems in place for extended passage making or comfortable seasonal use.
