A 30-foot center console with cuddy cabin, this 1990 Salt Shaker 300 is powered by twin Suzuki diesel engines producing 600 horsepower. The boat reaches 45 knots at top speed and cruises at 30 knots. Built in fiberglass, it spans 10 feet across the beam and offers a single cabin with one head.

In 2023, the boat underwent a complete rebuild that stripped it to the bare hull. The hull was soda-blasted and repainted with Pettit Odyssey epoxy, and the rails were revarnished. Every system, wire, and tank was either replaced or rebuilt as part of the refit—nothing was patched or cosmetically refreshed. The work produced a fully restored offshore center console ready for serious use.
