1991 Bayliner 3888 Motoryacht

The Bayliner 3888 is a 38-foot fiberglass motoryacht built for extended cruising, powered by twin Hino turbo diesel engines producing 210 horsepower each. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots and is known for fuel efficiency on longer passages. Approximately 1,775 engine hours are logged, with ceramic-coated manifolds and risers completed during a major service roughly 300 hours ago. New aluminum fuel tanks were installed about four years ago, and a custom turbo rebreather system has been fitted to the engines.

The layout includes two double staterooms, two heads, a lower helm station, and a spacious flybridge with upper helm. The salon connects to a galley equipped with an induction cooktop, convection microwave, and dishwasher. Fresh water is stored in a poly tank, and the boat carries a generator with fewer than 160 hours of use.

Navigation and electronics have been updated with a current Raymarine package including an MFD chartplotter, radar, sounder, autopilot, and digital gyrocompass, all networked via SeaTalk. Recent equipment replacements include the inverter, both toilets, anchor washdown system, davit crane motor, trim tab motor, and spreader lights. The boat is equipped with a 500-pound electric davit and an overhauled 11-foot tender with outboard. A full inventory of onboard maintenance spares is included, and annual services have been maintained throughout.
