This 1991 Grady-White Offshore 242 is a 24-foot fiberglass cuddy cabin built for serious fishing and cruising. Twin Yamaha outboards power the boat, each logged at 1585 hours with the port engine recently rebuilt. Both engines completed 300-hour service intervals, establishing a solid maintenance foundation.
The boat has undergone extensive recent updates. Electronics include a Simrad 15-inch NSX Ultrawide display paired with a Simrad Go9 for engine data, a new VHF radio with antenna, and NMEA 2000 networking. Four batteries with an automatic charging relay support the electrical system, which has been rewired with new push-button switches. The helm is outfitted with new acrylic panels and the cabin features new upholstery and seat cushions.
Deck upgrades span new non-skid surfacing, a new Sunbrella fabric top, new freshwater and raw water wash-down systems, and LED anchor and courtesy lighting. Three Lumitec Seablaze X2 underwater lights illuminate the water, while a new Fusion radio and four DS18 speakers with amplifier provide entertainment. An aluminum swim bracket with marine mat decking and an undermount swim ladder complete the stern, alongside new Bennett electric trim tabs. The fuel system was upgraded with a new 95-gallon tank repositioned forward and epoxied, plus a new fuel sender.
The boat comes with a trailer featuring new torsion axles, LED lighting, tower and winch, and freshly carpeted bunks.
