1991 Roughwater Sportfish

This 42-foot Roughwater Sportfish is a diesel-powered flybridge sportfisher built for serious offshore work. Twin Detroit engines deliver 450 horsepower, supported by a 7-kilowatt generator. The hull design, credited to Ed Monk Sr., is known for heavy construction and seaworthiness in rough conditions.

The interior features two staterooms and one head finished in teak. The expansive cockpit is well-appointed with a built-in bait tank and ice box, plus a large transom door. The flybridge command station is equipped tournament-style with full controls and benefits from newer full enclosure and canvas coverage extending from the bridge to the stern.

The boat includes three steering stations to facilitate both docking and fishing operations. The Roughwater 42 is recognized for its solid build quality and traditional sportfish design.
