The 1991 Tollycraft 44 is a 44-foot fiberglass motor yacht built on the brand's reputation for solid construction and reliable seakeeping. Twin Caterpillar 3208TA diesel engines, each producing 375 horsepower, deliver a cruising speed of 19 knots and a top speed of 29 knots, with documented fuel economy of 3.5 to 4 gallons per hour at 8 knots. The starboard engine has been rebuilt with 410 hours; the port engine shows approximately 3,568 hours and is well-maintained.

The boat includes a 2021 Highfield CL340 GT dinghy with a 20-horsepower Tohatsu outboard. Complete maintenance and systems documentation has been recorded in a digital logbook that transfers with the yacht.
