A 1992 Hans Christian Christina 52, this center cockpit cruiser represents the largest and heaviest yacht built by the Hans Christian shipyard in Thailand. Designed by Doug Peterson, she combines the refined craftsmanship Hans Christian is known for with a more performance-oriented and modern approach than the smaller Christina 43. Her substantial fiberglass hull is built around a heavy-displacement offshore platform, with a skeg-hung rudder and secure hull-to-keel connection designed for capable bluewater passagemaking.

Her rigging and deck setup reflect serious cruising intent. A masthead sloop/cutter rig with heavy-wall aluminum spars and triple spreaders carries Navtech stainless rod standing rigging (replaced in 2003), Lewmar self-tailing winches, and Harken roller furling on the jib with Facnor staysail furling. A Navtech hydraulic vang and backstay, Dutchman sail containment, and a two-bladed MaxProp complete the sailing package. Deck equipment includes a Maxwell 2200 windlass, Delta #88 anchor, 260 feet of 3/8-inch chain, stainless hardware, and stern davits.

Below, a single Yanmar freshwater-cooled diesel with recent rebuild powers a displacement hull efficiently, paired with a Kohler 8 kVA generator. Systems for extended cruising are comprehensive: two reverse-cycle air conditioning units, a large AGM battery bank with Victron monitoring, solar panels, wind generation, and a Rainman watermaker. Navigation and communication include Raymarine radar and chartplotter, autopilot, Simrad RS40 VHF, SSB, and passive AIS on an NMEA 2000 backbone. A 9.6-foot RIB dinghy with 9 HP Mercury outboard is included.

The center cockpit layout provides security at sea with a private owner's stateroom and comfortable day accommodations. Warm teak interiors feature a teak and holly sole, marble accents in galley and heads, and a large varnished teak dining table with abundant cabinetry storage throughout. The yacht was on hard from 2005 to 2017, then actively sailed for nine years. Two surveys from 2017 and October 2025 document her condition and systems.
