This 40-foot Holiday Mansion houseboat features a fiberglass hull powered by twin Volvo Penta gasoline engines totaling 520 horsepower, paired with dual outdrives and duoprops. The boat is engineered for comfortable cruising in Florida's Gulf Coast and Keys waters, with both lower and flybridge helm stations for operational flexibility. Engine hours run under 500, and the bottom was freshly painted in 2026.

The interior layout spans multiple levels with thoughtful separation of living spaces. The upper salon connects to the lower helm forward, with a love seat along the port side and steps leading down to the forward stateroom. The stateroom holds a double berth on the starboard side, twin berth on the port side, and ample storage drawers and lockers. An electric head with shower and tub combination serves this area. Below the helm, an L-shaped galley features white Formica counters, a stainless steel sink with sprayer, a Galley Maid Empress electric range with 30-burner stovetop and oven, a 110-volt refrigerator, and microwave. The lower salon aft includes a long cushioned bench seat with storage that can function as a bunk, plus a drop-leaf dining table.

Exterior spaces emphasize comfort and easy movement. Wide side decks with port and starboard boarding gates provide access throughout. The forward deck holds a padded, storage-equipped seat. Above sits an upper deck with room for several folding chairs, topped by a flybridge with helm chair and cushioned port and starboard settees. Both the flybridge and upper deck have Sunbrella biminis for weather protection. A large swim platform with ladder and dockside water connection complete the outdoor setup.

Systems include twin Volvo controls at both helms with full instrumentation, Teleflex steering, and dual-lever engine and transmission controls. Power comes from four group 31 batteries, a 6.5 kilowatt Ensign gasoline generator, and 30-amp shore power. The 12-volt DC and 110-volt AC electrical system supports RV air conditioning with heat, a stereo, three bilge pumps with float switches, depth sounder, rudder indicator, and GFI-protected outlets. Interior headliners and newer laminate sole flooring are in sound condition throughout.
