The Silver Lining is a 1992 Jamestowner houseboat, 66 feet by 16 feet, with an aluminum hull. The boat underwent a complete bare-hull refit in 2014 that updated all major systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, and finishes. Twin MerCruiser 5.7L V8 engines, each rated at 300 horsepower, were installed new in 2023 with minimal hours (81 and 83 hours respectively). A Westerbeke 12kW gas generator supports onboard power needs.
The houseboat features four private cabins with queen-size beds and hardwood flooring, plus two full bathrooms with granite countertops and custom tile showers. The main deck includes a reverse-salon layout with an open-concept living area, full galley with granite counters, and residential appliances. A 3.5-ton central air and heating system serves the interior throughout.
Outdoor living spans two upper decks. The second deck is fully enclosed and screened, with a complete outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in grill, side burners, two beverage refrigerators, dishwasher, ice maker, and keg refrigerator. Bar seating runs both sides, and an open rear deck includes a slide and paddleboard storage. The third deck sun deck features a propane fire pit with wraparound seating, lounge furniture, and storage. New canvas was installed in 2022.
Recent maintenance includes full service on both main engines and the generator, with a 5-year inspection and outdrive service completed in May 2025. The boat carries a three-stage UV water filtration system, 375-gallon black water capacity across three tanks, and a windlass anchoring system with four lines and six Danforth anchors. Inclusions are two Honda Aquatrax F-12X turbocharged personal watercraft, fully stocked supplies, furniture, bedding, kitchenware, and docking lines.
