This 1992 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42 is a composite-hulled cruising yacht built for serious ocean sailing. At 42 feet with a 13-foot beam, the boat features a fixed keel, spade rudder, and a single 50 hp Yanmar diesel engine delivering a cruising speed of 6 knots. Recent standing rigging replacement and comprehensive systems upgrades support extended bluewater passages and off-grid operation.

The yacht accommodates six across three cabins with a saloon berth, offering 2-meter headroom in the master and 2.05 meters in the saloon. A port-side galley features gas cooking, 12V refrigeration with integrated icebox, and hot water via engine and shore power. Two manual saltwater heads serve the three shower stations. Notable comfort additions include a washing machine, espresso machine, and memory foam mattresses in the forward berths.

Ground tackle consists of a Lofrans windlass serviced in 2025, paired with a 25kg Delta primary anchor and 25kg Fortress secondary on 75 meters of 10mm chain. The boat carries a serviced 4-person liferaft, EPIRB, and full safety gear. An AB tender with 6hp Yamaha is included with davits for launching.
