1992 Jongert 25ds Cutter Ketch Deck saloon

This 1992 Jongert 25DS is a steel-hulled cutter ketch designed for serious ocean cruising. The 28.8-metre hull is paired with a lightweight aluminium superstructure, combining robust construction with Dutch design principles proven over decades. A single Mercedes MTU diesel engine of 299 horsepower drives the yacht to a cruising speed of 9 knots with a maximum speed of 12 knots.

The deck saloon layout includes a separate pilothouse positioned aft, offering privacy and command capability independent of the main accommodation. The yacht provides five cabins and five heads, delivering substantial comfort for extended voyages or family cruising.

The boat underwent extensive refitting at the Jongert shipyard between 2019 and 2021, addressing systems and structure comprehensively. This work reflects the builder's approach to accessible design that simplifies ongoing maintenance and repair.
