This 1992 Linssen 37 SE is a steel motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Linssen Yachts. At 37.73 feet in length with an 11.81-foot beam, the boat combines traditional Linssen design with solid construction. The hull and superstructure are clad in teak throughout the deck areas, finished with polished stainless steel railings and integrated boarding steps. The aft deck includes a removable and rollable cockpit tent, a lacquered swim platform with teak sections, stainless steel swim ladder, and fender baskets. A searchlight and dual-tone horn complete the exterior fittings. The boat was repainted in 2020.
The interior features cherry wood paneling, blue fabric upholstery, and a solid teak floor with rubber seams. The saloon has an L-shaped seating area and an interior helm station. Forward, a circular seating area opens to the galley and converts into two additional berths. The owner's cabin is located aft with a double bed, bringing total berth capacity to four. The galley is equipped with a three-burner gas hob, Whirlpool microwave, stainless steel sink, teak-edged worktop, and new kitchen mixer tap. An 84-liter electric Indel compressor fridge with freezer and a new separate chest freezer provide food storage.
Comfort systems include hot water via a Rheinstrom boiler, a Webasto Air Top Evo 5500 diesel hot air heating system, and updated LED interior lighting throughout. Two bathrooms are fitted with new Deluxe flush toilets; one has a hand shower, the other a dedicated shower in the owner's cabin. The water tank holds 440 liters and the waste tank 220 liters.
Power comes from a Volvo Penta TMD 41B six-cylinder diesel engine producing 150 horsepower, with approximately 2,399 operating hours. Two steel fuel tanks provide a combined 440-liter capacity. The boat features hydraulic steering, a bow thruster, and a solid continuous keel. Electrical systems include multiple AGM batteries, a Victron Energy Multiplus Compact 12/2000/80 battery charger and inverter, shore power connection, and two 240-watt 24-volt solar panels with Victron MPPT controller. Navigation equipment includes Raymarine ST60+ tridata, a Sailproof chart plotter, navigation lights, and a Shipmate RS 8300 VHF radio.
