1992 Nautor Swan 44

The 1992 Nautor Swan 44 is a fiberglass sailing yacht designed by Germán Frers and built by Nautor Swan. At 44 feet in length with a 13.58-foot beam, she combines responsive handling with solid construction. The boat carries a Yanmar auxiliary engine and achieves a cruising speed of 7 knots with a maximum speed of 8.5 knots under sail.

The interior accommodates two cabins and two heads. Below deck are a galley with microwave and refrigeration, a deep freezer, hot water heater, and a fresh water maker. The electrical system runs on 24 volts and includes a Mastervolt battery charger and monitor, an Onan generator, and inverter. Navigation is handled by Simrad electronics including autopilot, GPS, and plotter.

The sail inventory consists of a fully battened North mainsail, furling genoa, spinnaker, and gennaker—all in excellent condition. Eight Lewmar self-tailing winches, four in the cockpit and four on the mast, handle the controls. The exterior features teak decks and cockpit, with additional amenities including a bimini top, swimming ladder, cockpit shower, and table. Running rigging and hardware support the sails with lazy jacks, a lazy bag, and mainsail cover.
