William Crealock designed this 1992 Offshore Yachts Sedan as a capable cruiser with an emphasis on outdoor space. The 48-foot sedan features notably wide walkarounds, a spacious cockpit, and an unusually generous flybridge for its size. Wrap-around windows with a distinctive leakproof design and sliding doors to port and starboard create an open, airy salon while maintaining weather protection.
The boat is powered by twin Caterpillar 3208 diesel engines with 850 horsepower combined, delivering a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of roughly 15.5 knots. The fiberglass hull measures 15.5 feet across the beam. This example has accumulated less than 2,000 engine hours.
Recent work includes new aluminum fuel tanks, a new bow thruster, and new canvas covering the fully enclosed flybridge with hardtop. Updated electronics are installed. The bottom was freshly painted in summer 2024 and the boat has received regular dive service since. A new tender is included.
