1992 Regal Royal

This 1992 Regal Royal is a 25-foot fiberglass cuddy cabin powered by a remanufactured 5.7-liter Mercruiser long block producing 330 horsepower, paired with an SEI sterndrive. The engine was freshly installed in September 2025, and the sterndrive dates to 2017. The boat carries 90 gallons of fuel and 8 gallons of fresh water.

The cuddy cabin provides 4 feet 8 inches of headroom and includes a V-berth, head with sink, icebox, portable meal table, and forward hatch. The cockpit is well-equipped with dual trim tabs and four Walker electric downriggers mounted for fishing. Navigation and communication gear includes a Garmin Echo Map UHD2 94 with transducer, Ritchie liquid-lighted in-dash compass, Uniden 385 VHF marine radio with large white antenna, and dual MXD 337 Bluetooth AM/FM digital radio with speakers in both the cuddy and aft cockpit areas.

Additional equipment includes a blue Bimini top, two wet bait boxes, live well, 16.5-pound Lewmar claw anchor, and two new batteries. The boat comes with an 1992 Eagle Load Rite two-axle trailer fitted with fresh tires and a spare.
