1992 Sumerset 66

This 1992 Sumerset 66 is a 66-foot aluminum houseboat powered by a single 440 hp Volvo Penta gasoline engine with hydraulic steering and new hydraulic bow thrusters. The boat sleeps 11 adults across two bedrooms, two additional sleeping cubbies, and 1.5 bathrooms.

The interior has been comprehensively rebuilt, with new electrical and plumbing systems throughout. The layout includes a modern kitchen with custom quartz countertops, custom backsplash, Wolf range with oven, triple-door refrigerator/freezer, subzero beverage refrigerator, and Zline microwave. New custom walk-in shower, modern bathrooms, shiplap wall and ceiling treatment, new flooring, and new custom two-way Bali blinds in all spaces. A Westerbeke generator provides power. Recent additions include a six-month-old air conditioning system, new Isleglass windows, screens, and canvas.

The upper sun deck has been extended to cover two-thirds of the roof with a custom aluminum frame, fitted with a 2500-pound hoist for water toys. This deck includes built-in seating, gas grill, and refrigerator. Both the upper deck and enclosed patios have individual exhaust fans. Custom LED accent lighting runs throughout the boat. Washer and dryer are installed. New furniture and all soft furnishings, small appliances, dishes, glassware, cookware, linens, and towels are included.
