1999 Sharpe Houseboat

This 68-foot Sharpe houseboat features an all-welded aluminum hull with a raked bow, square stern, and hard chine bottom. Twin Mercruiser engines deliver 560 horsepower. The deckhouse spans 39 by 16 feet and combines wood and fiberglass construction. Dual sliding weather-tight doors at bow and stern open to exterior deck space, while a conventional staircase forward and spiral staircase aft provide access to the upper deck, which measures 16 by 58 feet.

The interior accommodates up to eight guests across two heads and sleeping quarters throughout. The galley is equipped with a Samsung French door refrigerator with dual ice maker, GE electric range and oven, LG dishwasher, Samsung microwave, stainless steel double sink, and a granite-topped kitchen island. A Vizio smart TV and enclosed electric heater with fireplace are included. Water capacity is 600 gallons.

In 2022, the boat underwent significant refitting. New propellers were installed along with serviced outdrives and hydraulic thrusters. The helm received updated Garmin radar and plotter, new gauges, and a Lorex camera system for exterior surveillance and hull monitoring. New appliances, cabinets, furniture, bedding, and mattresses were added throughout.
