1992 Taswell 43 All Season

A 1992 Taswell 43 All Season designed by Bill Dixon and built by Ta Shing Yacht Building, this pilothouse motorsailer combines serious offshore capability with genuine liveaboard comfort. The raised saloon and elevated dinette deliver panoramic views while seated, while the center cockpit provides a secure, protected helm. Inside and outside steering stations give the operator flexibility, and the shoal-draft Scheel keel with 62-foot bridge clearance make her well-suited to East Coast cruising and ICW passage.

The interior holds two private staterooms, two ensuite heads, an aft owner's cabin, and a well-equipped galley with abundant storage throughout. A Yanmar 75 hp turbo diesel rebuilt in 2020 with approximately 120 hours since rebuild provides propulsion, supported by a Northern Lights 5 kW generator. The cutter rig carries new Quantum cruising laminate sails from 2022—mainsail, 135 percent genoa, and staysail—controlled by a Leisure Furl in-boom furling system and Harken furling on the genoa and self-tacking staysail.

Recent upgrades are extensive. Raymarine Axiom Pro displays have been installed at both helms alongside new Standard Horizon VHF with Bluetooth, AIS, and integrated GPS, and a new Furuno GP39 GPS at the lower helm. New Victron Multiplus II inverter and energy monitor system manage power alongside new 400-watt solar panels and Victron Super Cycle batteries. Hydraulic steering at both helms was rebuilt in 2024 including the rudder ram. Air conditioning, Espar diesel heat, and Starlink round out the system inventory.

A Maxwell 3500 windlass, two Bruce anchors with 200 feet of chain, 16,000 BTU climate control, stainless steel radar arch and davits, and a 10-foot Avon tender with unused Torqeedo 1103 electric outboard complete the package.
