This 61-foot Buddy Davis sportfisher combines classic design with modern performance. Built in 1993, the yacht underwent comprehensive refit at Jarrett Bay in 2010, when she received twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines rated at 1,650 hp each. The engines currently run approximately 2,450 hours. Additional major work at that time included installation of two new generator sets and numerous system upgrades.
The yacht has seen consistent attention through 2024. Recent work includes new hull and bottom paint, full bottom service, and refinished transom and cockpit teak. The mezzanine seating area and EZ2CY enclosure were added in 2024. New cutlass bearings, AC strainer and hoses, and updated electric reel plugs were installed. Starlink communications equipment was added recently.
Interior refinishing work in 2024 covered helm seats and fighting chair. Outriggers were fully serviced and updated. Lighting upgrades include new under gunnel lights and new cockpit stereo speakers. All metal hardware has been polished and waxed. The boat is equipped with a new water temperature transducer.
The fiberglass hull measures 61 feet in length with a 17.5-foot beam, providing the platform and stability expected of a vessel built for both tournament fishing and extended cruising.
