This 1993 Catalina 28 is a well-maintained cruising sailboat built on the solid construction the brand is known for. The shoal draft of just under 4 feet and tall rig with approximately 45 feet of air draft make her suitable for varied sailing conditions. A Universal M3-20 diesel engine provides auxiliary power.
Below deck, the cabin offers two berths, a full head, and a functional galley equipped with a propane stove and oven. The propane tank and regulator are new. The running rigging is in good condition with recent line replacements. Fresh water pump, lighting, and electrical systems are all operational.
Navigation and safety equipment includes a Garmin chart plotter, Garmin VHF radio, and Raymarine autopilot controller (the wheel drive requires replacement). The engine has a new silicone exhaust hump hose and new fuel sending unit installed. The sails are in sound condition and ready for use.
