1993 Fountain 47 Lightning

This 1993 Fountain 47 Lightning is a high-performance catamaran powered by twin Mercury Racing 1350 engines with 55 hours of runtime, equipped with Mercury M8 drives and 16-3/4-36 props. The boat was comprehensively refit in 2021 by BAR Marine, featuring a custom exhaust system from Mercury and CMI, fresh paint matched to the original specification, and a fully refinished hull that has been blue printed, buffed, and polished.

The cockpit was rebuilt with a new interior, custom acrylic dash, and Dekit flooring throughout. Navigation and control systems include a Garmin GPSmap 8612 touchscreen display, Mercury VesselView integration, power trim tabs, an LMD-19 full power helm, and Drive Sync in Race Edition configuration. The boat is outfitted with a custom tinted windshield, LED pop-up bow light, LED drive and tab indicators, electric bolsters, and a 3-inch Colm-black trim wheel.

Fuel capacity totals 192 gallons across three tanks. Additional equipment includes a Charleston Composites engine hatch with Lenco power lifts, dual battery switches with charger, and a removable cockpit cover. The boat is supported by a Myco aluminum trailer.
