This 1993 Sumerset houseboat measures 65 feet in length with a 14-foot beam and aluminum hull. Powered by twin Volvo engines with 499 hours of service time, it carries 190 gallons of fuel and runs on a 12.5 kW Westerbeke generator. A 3000-watt inverter with eight batteries provides auxiliary power. The boat holds 160 gallons of fresh water and features a flybridge with dual controls, seating, and a Bimini top for command and relaxation.
The accommodations include three bedrooms—a queen master, full guest cabin, and queen cuddy—along with one and a half bathrooms featuring a head, vanity, and shower. The main salon has vinyl plank flooring, a sofa, chair, and glass dining table with seating for four. A large galley includes a stainless-steel refrigerator and freezer, four-burner electric range with oven, microwave, under-sink dishwasher, and a substantial pantry. A 24-inch stacked washer and dryer unit is installed for laundry. Central heat and air conditioning maintains climate control throughout.
The boat is outfitted with a digital depth finder with alarm, ZMODO camera security system, and wood blinds throughout. A 20-foot hard top party canopy with lights was added in 2024. The front deck features an enclosed area with hard door, furniture, and television. Outdoor living spaces include a swim platform, Blackstone grill on the aft deck, mooring whips, and a PWC ramp. A power winch davit tops the upper deck. A 2009 SeaDoo GTI personal watercraft is included. The engines and generator are scheduled for full service in March 2026.
