1994 Carver 440 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht

This 1994 Carver 440 Aft Cabin is a 44-foot fiberglass motor yacht built with a 15-foot beam that provides generous interior volume and comfortable accommodations for extended cruising. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3116TA 350-horsepower diesel engines, the boat cruises at 18–20 knots and is supported by a 9kW Kohler generator, 2,000W Heart inverter/charger, and 400W solar panels installed in 2023.

The layout includes a spacious salon with large wraparound windows, rich teak paneling, and a new smart TV. The master stateroom features a centerline queen berth with a premium mattress updated in 2023, ensuite head with stall shower, and teak accents. The forward guest stateroom has an angled double berth and private access to the day head. The galley is equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, double sink, 3-burner Princess stove, microwave, convection oven, and a washer/dryer. The dinette converts to sleep additional guests. Three Cruisair 16,000 BTU reverse-cycle air conditioning units provide year-round climate control.

The aft deck is semi-enclosed with wing doors and includes a full wet bar, beverage fridge, and icemaker. A foredeck sun lounge, integrated swim platform with stairs and stainless steel davits, and radar arch complete the outdoor spaces. Navigation and communication systems include a Navico NAC3/AP44 autopilot, Raytheon radar, Garmin GPS/chartplotter, and Starlink satellite connectivity. The boat carries a 2022 Highfield 290 RIB dinghy with 15-horsepower Tohatsu outboard.

Recent work includes engine service at the 2,000-hour mark, new safety equipment, new LED lighting, fresh water system replacement, new port holding tank, new port-side cutlass bearing, hull sandblasting and antifouling, Bennett trim tabs, and Strataglass enclosure panels. The boat is equipped with triple-stage drinking water filtration, fuel polishing system, and Halon automatic fire suppression.
