1994 Catalina 320

The Catalina 320 is a 32-foot fiberglass sloop built for coastal and inland cruising. Powered by a Yammer 29 hp diesel engine with 500 hours of running time, the boat carries a mainsail and 135 genoa, both reported in good order. The rigging includes Lewmar self-tailing winches and a Mac Pack system for manageable sail handling.

The interior comprises two cabins and one head. The V-berth forward and aft cabin each have fitted mattresses and beige cushions; the V-berth features removable window panels that open up sightlines. A fully equipped galley supports extended cruising. The cockpit spans 8 feet 9 inches long by 5 feet 7 inches wide, with 17-inch-wide seats backed by 13-inch ergonomic backrests. Seating for six is comfortable; the helmsman's seat is removable, allowing access to the swim platform and boarding ladder via a removable stern section. Storage compartments run beneath the cockpit seats.

The boat has been maintained through two ownership periods and spent its early years on Lake Erie before relocating to Lake Monroe in 2011, where it has remained in freshwater use. The diesel engine shows 500 hours on the gauge.
