1994 Celebrity 310SC

This 31-foot Celebrity 310SC is powered by twin 5.0 Mercruiser engines paired with Alpha One Gen 2 outdrives, both serviced. The boat carries 160 gallons of fuel across twin 80-gallon tanks and maintains a 40-gallon fresh water system installed new in 2021. A new fresh water pump was fitted in 2025. The three-battery bank includes a new charging system, and a newer Fortress aluminum anchor with 150 feet of line is on board.

Below deck, the boat sleeps six across three areas: a main berth for two, an aft cabin for two, and a convertible dinnette. The galley includes a microwave, sink with hot and cold water, and storage. A head with shower and sink features a new toilet and exhaust fan. A flat screen television and custom stereo system provide entertainment, while a new ship to shore radio handles communications.

The canvas and upholstery are complete and new as of 2021, including camper top, screens, vinyl windows, and tonneau cover. New dock lines and fenders are included with stainless steel fender holders for the bow. The boat has been maintained regularly by a certified Mercruiser mechanic throughout its operation. Note that air conditioning, heating, and generator are not currently installed but the boat was factory plumbed to accommodate these systems.
