1994 Gibson 41 Houseboat
About This Yacht
A 1994 Gibson 41 houseboat built in fiberglass, powered by twin Crusader FWC inboards rated at 270 hp with approximately 500 hours on the engines. The boat also carries a Westerbeke 4.4 kW diesel generator. Dual helm stations—one inside and one on the flybridge—give the operator flexibility for navigating and docking. Speed ranges from 15 to 17 knots at cruise and 20 knots wide open.
The interior is laid out for extended stays ashore or at anchor, with two staterooms and two heads. Sleeping accommodates four to five people. The galley is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and hot water for showers. Climate control includes air conditioning and heating throughout.
On-board systems include 30-amp shorepower connection, a Garmin plotter and GPS, and a depth sounder for navigation. Entertainment is provided by a flat-panel television. Both engines and the generator are reported in running condition.
