This 1994 Ski Nautique is a 19.5-foot fiberglass ski boat powered by a single PCM engine that has undergone extensive internal work. The engine block was bored 10 and machined with new cam, forged pistons, aluminum heads, and roller rockers. A Holley Marine Multiport EFI system was installed, and the engine was dyno-tested to 450 horsepower. The drivetrain includes a new ZF transmission, propshaft, and Acme 13×12 prop.
The restoration included replacement of the steering system with new wheel and cables, new throttle assembly, and new drive shaft and exhaust hoses. The propulsion system was upgraded with a billet flywheel and fluid harmonic balancer. Raw water pump, fuel sending unit, and rudder port were replaced. Every bracket, pulley, and fastener was blasted and powder coated; exhaust manifolds were cerakoted. Stainless steel bolts were used throughout for corrosion resistance.
The boat received new gelcoat and full interior refurbishment. Electrical systems were rebuilt with new breaker panels, battery on/off switch, and fully labeled wiring with Deutsch connectors. The audio system includes a JL Audio MM100 head unit, amplifier, subwoofer, and four 6.5-inch speakers. Navigation and lighting upgrades include a depth finder, modern GPS speedometer, and LED navigation and interior lights. The boat is sold with a new Boatmate trailer.
