The 1994 Sea Ray 440 Express Bridge combines motor yacht comfort with express cruiser styling in a 44-foot fiberglass hull. Twin Caterpillar 3116 diesel engines provide the power for coastal and extended cruising, with the port engine recently rebuilt. A full-beam salon features a sunken design, panoramic windows, and an open layout connecting the galley, dinette, and entertainment areas. Forward, the master stateroom includes an island berth and ensuite head with separate shower; a mid-cabin provides additional guest accommodations. The boat carries two heads total.
The expansive flybridge—a signature feature of this model—is designed for entertainment and comes equipped with a hardtop and full enclosure. Walk-through bridge access leads to the foredeck, where a large cockpit and swim platform serve watersports and tender operations. Deck equipment includes a Lowfrans windlass and a Roskelley/Olsson davit system for handling the included 12-foot AB tender with 30hp Nissan outboard.
Onboard systems include a Kohler 9kW genset, 50-amp shore power connection, and a Newmar 40-amp battery charger. The hot water tank was replaced in 2022. The 13-foot-11-inch beam creates interior volume that feels substantially larger than many comparable yachts, supporting both comfortable weekend getaways and longer liveaboard use.
