The 1995 Bayliner 3988 is a 39-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Hino diesel engines producing 500 horsepower combined. The open-concept layout brings the galley into the center of the living space, with seating areas distributed across two levels in the salon. Two staterooms and two heads provide accommodation for cruising.
This yacht has received extensive equipment upgrades and mechanical work in recent years. Improvements include a Westerbeke 8 kW diesel generator, hydronic diesel heating system installed in 2021, electric heating, and an additional 26-gallon drinking water tank plumbed to the galley. The refrigeration system was replaced with two new under-counter units featuring freezers in March 2023.
Power and battery systems have been upgraded with four new lithium house batteries and two new 4-D start batteries installed in August 2023, plus a new generator battery added in June 2025. The shaft seal on the port side and bellows on the starboard side were replaced in February 2025. Onboard equipment includes an electric and hydraulic SeaWise tender davit, a 2017 Highfield C340 inflatable tender with a 2017 Yamaha 20 hp outboard, and an ultra stainless steel anchor.
