1995 Catalina 36 MkII

This 1995 Catalina 36 MkII is a fiberglass sailing yacht built during the second generation of this popular design. The Mark II introduced meaningful refinements over earlier models, including a widened aft section that enlarged both the cockpit and transom, plus an expanded aft cabin. Below deck, headroom increased throughout, the galley was redesigned, and a dedicated access door connects the forward cabin to the head.

The boat is powered by a Universal 4-cylinder M-35 diesel engine producing 30 horsepower. The Mark II generation also featured an elliptical rudder for improved sailing performance. The yacht measures 36 feet in length with an 11.92-foot beam and is laid out with two cabins and one head.

The boat has been actively cruised along the Southern California coast and local islands since 2001. It remains in use and reflects years of regular enjoyment on the water.
