1995 Catalina 42 mark 1

This 1995 Catalina 42 Mark I is a 42-foot fiberglass sloop with a 13-foot beam, built for serious cruising or extended living aboard. The boat features two cabins and six heads, providing comfortable accommodation for a cruising crew or liveaboard situation.

The systems have been substantially upgraded over time. Power comes from a Yanmar engine paired with lithium batteries and 1000W of solar generation. Fresh water is produced by an onboard watermaker, and the boat includes air conditioning, Starlink connectivity, and new Garmin electronics for navigation and performance monitoring. The sails are from Mack.

The boat was kept in freshwater for 22 years prior to current ownership, contributing to its overall condition.
