1995 Custom Boathouse

This 34-foot aluminum cruiser was built as a custom boathouse design with ample interior space and practical features for comfortable docking and habitation. The boat measures 14 feet across the beam, with an interior width of 9 feet 10 inches. The main door opening is 9 feet 10 inches wide by 10 feet high, allowing easy passage of furnishings and equipment. Inside length runs 33 feet, with an additional 17 inches available at the pulpit area.

The boat includes upgraded floatation and electrical systems throughout, with LED lighting installed for efficiency. Overhead storage is integrated into the design for organized stowage. A smart key electronic lock system provides secure access, and a new Magnatrack remote electric screen curtain offers motorized light and pest control. A hot-wired system is in place for varmint exclusion.
